Courts Administration Authority
Courts Administration Authority work experience placements are a valuable opportunity to gain experience, skills and knowledge about the courts, lawyers and the justice system.

Department for Correctional Services
Social Work Placements
Practicum placements may be available for social work students undertaking compulsory field education (2 x 14 weeks per placement), under the supervision of qualified social workers. Inquiries should be directed to social work staff at Community Correctional Centres or prisons.
Psychology Placements
Psychological intervention within the Department for Correctional Services provides both valuable clinical experience and an understanding of the complexities involved in the management of offenders (both in institutions and the community).
Psychology students seeking work experience placement within the Department for Correctional Services must undergo a police records check and an interview process to assess their suitability.
