Fines
The Fines Payment Unit (FPU) is a special purpose unit established within the Magistrates Court of South Australia to handle all business relating to the collection and enforcement of fines.
To find out how to pay a fine visit the Payment of Fines section of the Courts Administration Authority’s website www.courts.sa.gov.au
Jury Duty
The system of trial by jury is the cornerstone of the Australian system of justice. Jurors bring to the law the common sense and judgment of the community and the values and standards of that community. The system provides the true safeguard of our liberties and is the real interface between the legal system and the people the system was designed to serve.
