Children's and Youth Legal Service of SA

The Children's and Youth Legal Service of SA is a free legal service for children and young people under 18 years. It promotes the rights of children and young people by providing information and appropriate assistance to manage their legal problems. The service is strictly confidential.

National Children's and Youth Law Centre

The National Children's and Youth Law Centre supports the use of legal strategies to improve and protect the rights of children. The Centre maintains a focus on identifying and removing barriers of access and disadvantage for children from all sectors of Australian society.

South Australian Guardian for Children and Young People

The Guardian for Children and Young People is appointed by the SA Government to advocate for the best interests of children and young people in out of home care and to advise the Minister for Families and Communities on the quality of their care.

The Guardian for Children and Young People's website is a young person's website, although it contains useful information for all ages www.gcyp.sa.gov.au.
